Aussie might be great if you need a simple loan but if you need something slightly non-conforming I would not recommend. I opted to attempt to use Aussie as I believed they would have a better variety of options and home loan set ups available and as a first time home buyer I was uneducated on the process. We explained our situation and we wanted right from the start of the process and it wasn't until I was under contract and had lost a significant portion of my unconditional period I was told they couldn't apply for the fun... read more
