EDIT: Unfortunately, the broker who originally assisted us has since moved on from this business. The two current co-owners were initially unresponsive to my emails and enquiries. One of the co-owners appeared quite reluctant to assist at all when I addressed him directly with questions about a clerical error on my account. I was passed off to his colleague (co-owner?) who initially also told me to go sort the issue out with the bank again directly. Very poor approach from Rupam. I asked him about the brokerage fees and he said to me go with my friends who are financial brokers instead of Aussie Brokers. I won't be recommending it to anyone else.
