Very poor experience, the owner who dealt with me used very little listening skills as I had to explain somethings during my appointment, he was getting too impatient for a business owner, it led me to reporting his rude and judgemental behaviour to his seniors. Never in my life would I be so rude to a customer. The head office were much more empathic & expressed good listening skills.
