Michelle, Paul and Lauren and team are brilliant in what they do. Straight to the point on how it should be. Easy to connect with and reliable. Been with these guys for 20yr. Would not go anywhere else.
We spoke to Paul about getting a loan for our first home, at first he seemed great but eventually everything became a hassle and he tried pushing us to do something we didn't want to do. Paul was extremely rude and condescending. We went with a different broker and successfully got our loan.
It's been almost two years since we refinanced with Ruth at Aussie Bathurst and i can't praise the service and product enough. I am kept in the loop with rates every month and Ruth really went over and above to find us the best deal possible. So much better than the banks
would not recommend it to anyone .. one of the most arrogant brokers I have dealt with ..
