Very disappointed in after sales service when we were really trying to support a local business. The initial delivery and installation of our water feature resulted in it leaking…a lot. Basically unusable. Phonecalls back and forth with Sam, left us trying the recommended “go and buy this fixes”, but to no avail. Finally, I requested a call back from owner, Allan who stated that for yet another fee, they would return to fix the problem.
