Very Disappointing. Gold stock Tarnishing after the first 2 wears, the only product in the picture I supplied brought from this supplier was the round gold spacer inbetween the blue and pink bead. And 3 of the 4 large clasps I purchased were damaged ( have not had the chance to see if they tarnish aswell). Emailed 3 days ago and still waiting for a reply.

Lovely and helpful staff, Decent range of all different types of jewellery making items. Only disappointing factor is after checking the website and planning a day trip 2hours away then arriving at the store front to be told that they are online only please update the website saying so other than that it is a lovely little craft shop with great staff and great options

When we visited the Gold Coast 2 years ago we visited your shop at the old market location and this was actually the start of our little business in Germany. We are so grateful for your help whenever we purchase your supplies. I had the most fun and informative afternoon at one of the Bead Shed's beading classes. Marie, my lovely tutor for the day, was both knowledgeable and very patient while I wrangled my tools for the first time! I felt like I picked up the skills (and theory!) really well and came away with some finished pieces that surprised me! Highly recommend Marie and their team, it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back to expand on my beading skills. Their bauble selection is also fantastic!
