Very Disappointing. Gold stock Tarnishing after the first 2 wears, the only product in the picture I supplied brought from this supplier was the round gold spacer inbetween the blue and pink bead. And 3 of the 4 large clasps I purchased were damaged ( have not had the chance to see if they tarnish aswell). Emailed 3 days ago and still waiting for a reply.
Wife buys beads last week so they arrive this week for a special event on Monday, she was to create necklaces over the weekend paying express post, website 5 days later says they have not been sent. She has had to chase them on facebook and they are ignoring her. Great Aussie business when you treat your customers like this. The FB page is practically dead so they can't be run off their feet. Ruined event for her now, where the hell is she going to find these beads now?
There was an issue with a product I ordered. When I emailed the team I got an immediate response and solution. They refunded the delivery fee and sent me a replacement product they tested first. I can’t recall ever experiencing such excellent customer service. Thank you Sharnni.
I had the most fun and informative afternoon at one of the Bead Shed's beading classes. Marie, my lovely tutor for the day, was both knowledgeable and very patient while I wrangled my tools for the first time! I felt like I picked up the skills (and theory!) really well and came away with some finished pieces that surprised me! Highly recommend Marie and their team, it was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back to expand on my beading skills. Their bauble selection is also fantastic!
Lovely business with plenty of stock to choose from. A full wall of gemstone strands, lots of findings and everything you could want if you're a hobbyist or a small business in search of something special. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with also. Letting me know that I could get a discount for my business from them, have to love saving money when it comes to running a small business. I'll be back next trip down, from Cairns.
