Unreliable and unprofessional. Ordered a dishwasher for installation and delivery, and we received a formal communication to expect delivery between 9:30-11:30am. We had to follow up with four phone calls and several text messages, all stating "being held up at other jobs", only for the delivery to arrive at 7pm. The people left substantial rubbish and water spillage behind and hastily pulled bowls and plates out of my cupboards without returning them once they were done. Unreliable! Totally no sense of responsibility! First contact - I will be delivering at your place between 11am and 2pm. Nothing happened! At 7pm, message is that it's too late and deliver will be the following morning. Next morning - nothing till evening - "oh, the shop is closed, I can't get your item". Bullshit of all bullshit. If there is an option for zero or negative stars, you'll be getting that!
Stay away from these guys! Communication was extremely poor — they cancelled without notifying me. When I contacted the company that engaged them, I was told they’d received numerous similar complaints and would be looking for an alternative provider.
Have cancelled on me two times, one time they didn’t even contact us they just didn’t show up, we then had to wait another full and cancelled a family event today as they said we were booked at 9am. Received a text at 10.30 saying they would be here at 12.30 then after being 4.5 hours late saying they’re not coming. We could’ve celebrated with my niece for her birthday. Instead we’ve waited all day for a person to message us at 1pm saying there not coming now
Highly recommend service. Exceptional finish on my IKEA cabinets today. Patience and expertise was outstanding.
