Terrible............... 6 days to find out it was not in stock and they cancelled the order.
Ordered a lunchbox and it has been put on backorder without advising me of so. Tried contacting twice for ETA as needed for my daughter to start school and have had no reply. Would of liked the option of a refund to buy a lunchbox that was in stock. Website said it was but it obviously wasn't.
Good product for a great price. Nice customer service!
