You do have make an appointment, some they are busy with other customer. Last time I went with my friend, good thing I call make an appointment, "She said 5 PM is buy, pleases come at 6 PM. When we Arrie at 6 PM, there are no customer, and she thanks us for call head and give her the break, too.
