Andy Ausmus is a racist attorney and prosecutor in the city of Ft lupton. He treated my mother and myself poorly. He denied looking at videos of the incident. He should not be practicing law, let alone be a prosecutor.
Andy Ausmus is a young attorney who is deliberately abusing his power as City Attorney in Brush. He does everything to make himself appear hateful towards the residents in court. I am disappointed at his absolute unprofessional attitude in handling cases because of his desire to become popular with city officials..
