Terrible. They didn’t advise us of a singular toll for 12+ months so received a fine & wouldn’t help or give any info. Wouldn’t even use as a last resort.

I came across Ausfleet when my car was involved in an accident that was not my fault. Stephanie made the whole process so easy and stress free to deal with. They had a car delivered to my door within in the hour. The car they provided was new and prestige not like what budget was trying to offer me. Once my vehicle was repaired they also arranged someone to come pick the vehicle up from my house. Worst kind out there. Super dodgy! They have tried to cheat me and make me pay for charges that were not mine to pay twice now! First they messaged me trying to claim damages on the loan car which were already there from when they dropped it off. When I provided evidence, they simply ignored and replied back. This rental company rents out vehicles to hoons that don't have any respect to road rules at all. When you call the company they don't do anything about as making money is more important than the safety of road users.
