Totally let down by this company. From the start, things were unorganised and frustrating. I tried to do everything right, but still ended up being treated unfairly. When issues came up, instead of support or understanding, I got attitude and silence. No proper communication, no care for customers — just quick to point fingers. Definitely not what I expected when renting a car. Wouldn’t go through them again.
