Very disappointed with Auscare Groups. My refund for a cancelled training was approved months ago, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve followed up via email, calls, and in person with no resolution. Poor service and communication.
Excellent communication, genuine support, and real results. Everything was seamless. Thank you for the opportunity! Highly recommend.
If i could leave no stars i would Sent out an email stating all October's invoices needed to be sent in by NOVEMBER 3...completely reneged on this stating they had to be in by 31st of October..They now stated they wont pay my invoice till December even though i have sent in proof my invoices were sent in by the date THEY WANTED..Im now FORCED to wait over 2 months for a pay..noone gets back to you..portal that "is coming" seemingly still not up and running Another prime example of an incompetent run company.
