I have done all of my Trainings and Refresher courses in Auscare from 2018 when i came to Australia. I'm always satisfied and that's why I keep going back. Michelle from the bookings team is EXTREMELY RUDE and has zero care for customer service. unapologetic, sounded she was in a rush to hang up the phone call Communication is also POOR towards their staff and between departments. One of my shifts was missed out on the payslip and I had to call Auscare MULTIPLE times and send emails to MULTIPLE departments over SEVERAL days because no one wants to give me a reply.
