I have just ordered a sofa, ottoman and a mattress with Peter from Aus-Furniture. I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I received. Peter bent backwards to help me; nothing was too much trouble for him. He exceeded my expectations with his knowledge of the range of Moran sofas and Sealy mattresses and he made sure I was satisfied and completely happy before he took my deposit. And as an added bonus - he’s got a great sense of humour. 😊
I ordered a new Moran lounge online, it was very easy. The site is very helpful. After I placed the order we realised it was going to be to long - I rang the showroom and it was easily rectified and the refund was immediate. Peter was incredibly helpful and very polite and friendly. Follow up service has been just as great and now I am awaiting delivery in the next week of my beautiful new lounge. We would definately recommend Aus-Furniture to anyone wanting to purchase.
Very disappointed with salesperson Peter we ordered a Moran 3 seater lounge off him in February 2025 and was told 10-12 weeks for delivery which meant we were to receive it end of April early May. I rang him 2nd week in May asking when are we to receive it and his response was I wouldn’t have told you that it’s probably more like the end of May. He never followed up to notify us of the delivery so my husband had to physically go to the shop to find out when is it being delivered.His response was oh its sitting in our storage... read more
Excellent customer service from Peter. I am so impressed with Aus-Furniture. The highest quality furniture delivered before I expected, so that was a bonus. I definitely recommend Aus-Furniture if you are looking for the best, value for money furniture and excellent customer service.
Peter went above and beyond to help me find the right recliner chair for my grandmother's birthday - excellent customer service, highly recommend! I'm very appreciative to have had his support and depth of knowledge throughout the process - we can't wait for the new chair to arrive in a couple of months. Thanks again Peter
