I bought a twin motor recliner and could not be happier. Peter was delightful to deal with and gave me a great deal. The chair was delivered upstairs by 2 very helpful men who were very pleasant and respectful to my walls and other furniture. I highly recommend this company. Marie
I have just ordered a sofa, ottoman and a mattress with Peter from Aus-Furniture. I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I received. Peter bent backwards to help me; nothing was too much trouble for him. He exceeded my expectations with his knowledge of the range of Moran sofas and Sealy mattresses and he made sure I was satisfied and completely happy before he took my deposit. And as an added bonus - he’s got a great sense of humour. 😊

The service was unbelievably bad. This COMPANY is not a a LAZYBOY STORE it is A RESELLER. Peter forgot to order half the lounge and the accussed me of not ordering it, payment reciepts dont lie. When the remainder of the lounge showed up 5 months late it was faulty and didnt match with the original that was delivered. No help or assistance.
