Heathers been helping me for years and I can't say enough good things about this wonderful person. I have time to time anxiety and Heather has given me the tools to battle these moments in ways no one else could help with naturally. I don't like medications, and Heather was able to treat the root of the issues on a much deeper profound way. I continue to have sessions with her and recommend her to anyone with anything they would like to work on. She does remote sessions with me as I am in another state and it works so well.
