Dropped off 6 seat tops to be covered with new foam and material on Dec 9, 2023. It is almost Feb 1 and he did not even start the job. He did take a check for $240 in Dec for material. My seat pieces are still wrapped in bags sitting next to the desk where I left them in December. I asked for payment or material. He said no to material and could not refund money by check cause wife was needed for signature. He had no cash available to refund either. Plan to return tomorrow with husband for cash. I should have given more attention to the other reviews. I can confirm them with my own experience. I dropped off a small seat cushion and was told it would be ready in a week and a half. Two weeks goes by so I call and get a vague excuse. 3 days later I'm in the area so I stop by and they hadn't even started on it and was now told they could not provide any timeline. I ended up having to take it somewhere else.

They kept our cushions for over 3months telling us they would be done next week ( 3 times)only to find out he never ordered the material.would Never use them for anything!!!!!

I got an appraisal to do 2 chairs for $750 each and was told to get 15 yards of fabric. The fabric was $65 a yard. I needed them faster than Aurora could so I took them to Lake Upholstery who did them for $500 less and they returned almost 7 yards of fabric to me. So now I spent so much on fabric for no legitimate reason.
