I have been to another Physical Therapy office, in another state. The experience here was a complete opposite of what I had. The staff are friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this mobility center.
2024 EDiT: First and foremost the actual therapy specialists are great. The reason for the one-star is the journey and lack of support to get to see them. The process for getting military insurance authorizations at BAMC is broken (as of preCOVID times. Military families are well taken care of by all other Aurora/Bay Area departments. The quality of this family has received has been excellent. BAMC however seems to be the only department with a problem with military insurance. My first experience with water therapy was excellent. She explained everything very well and gave me the confidence I was not going to be pushed beyond what was capable of me.
