Place is state of the art...the folks that work hear are very kind and accommodating. Everything you need in one place for a medical facilities.. 5 stars folks.. They really are the greatest!!
Mary S was the worst OT experience I’ve had! She was condescending, came in with strong assumptions, and didn’t listen or seem to care. She focused on proving herself and “educating” me as if she was 120% right, even claiming she knew more than the orthopedic who referred me. I told her I can’t even lift a tablespoon without pain, but she is SO dismissive “I would’ve stopped when you said your neck is tight,” and still discharged me on the first visit. Dr Pfaller terrible not focussed in the care of an athlete. Support staff, MRI staff supportive and understood the situation not MD.
