Front Desk, Jennette Zachow, very Rude, unprofessional. Showed up for my Initial Evaluation, today, I had forgotten to take the Orthopedic Order, and asked Jennette, if I can E-mail it to her or the Aurora some how, as I had the PT Order Document on my phone. After I insisted she allowed me to do that, and received it. Although I could tell she was very upset about this. Visited this place yesterday for the first time. Michael is the most knowledgeable PT I’ve come across thus far. I’ve been having back pain for nearly 8 years now, and have seen several PTs and chiropractors since. Michael may have found the root cause of my pain within minutes. I’m looking forward to working with this place.
