Kyle has to be the most arrogant Physical Therapist I have ever met. Wasted 2 of my limited number of insurance allowed appointments lecturing me about “how good of a Therapist” he is. Complained to Aurora about him. Of course that was a waste of my time. I have a much Better and more caring Physical Therapist now.

I love my Physical Therapist!! I have gone here 3 times now. I needed to come here for my neck, my ankle rehab after surgery, and now going through rehab after rotator cuff surgery. Kyle is very knowledgeable and helpful. He loves to crack a joke, but he will push you! I had him all three times and if I ever need rehab again, I will be going back there. The staff there are SUPER sweet!

I went to urgent care with a back injury. The nurse said I should see a physical therapist. I was lead to believe that insurance would cover my visit. The therapist told me there really wasn’t anything he could do. He printed off some stretching exercises. I get a $500 bill in the mail. It was just a cash grab for them. They tried scheduling multiple other visits. I legit almost went again as my back pain was significant. Super glad I didn’t or it would have been over $1000. I’ll never use Aurora again.
