I tried to go to the website and not available. I tried to call a few numbers listed and no number is working. We are sitting in line to get into Buckley to deliver to the commissary. Our load is tall and if we pulled completely onto the slanting shoulder we would flip. Bus 1196 blew his horn while he passed us and looked like he made a hand gesture. Don’t worry nothing has changed about their professionalism to call anyone back to date. Called about a safety concern (twice); they have zero concern to call back for any dialogue or resolution. That was also left on their sups Adminstration line.
As Leticia Call is the main person but she never calls back.I wonder if her kids are going to school on time ..cause she can careless about mine this is crazy I left several messages not call back
The issue shared by many about failure to return calls is factually true. After several attempts, and many voice messages, I had to go in person, and it did not even take more than 5 minutes to get a response. It can be assumed that the person responsible for that is in the office but completely unbothered. If they find no joy or satisfaction in what they do, it's time to make room for someone who cares.
