Terrible communication with parents. Trying to report an incident shouldn’t be this hard. My daughter was physically hurt 2 days in a row on her bus and I couldn’t even get a call back to report it. The principal had to step in. Now a MONTH later and 3 more phone calls I still have not received a call back from the lady handling our report, like I was told I would, to get an update on anything! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
