So far they have cancelled my mother's appointment 2 times.. haven't seen the doctor yet! Can they not get their calendar together! They keep saying the doctor is not in.. well then don't schedule when the doctor is not in! 😡😡😡
I'm not sure I was tested for the correct hearing device, and the doctor seemed irritated both visits, but I have no other choice. My bill was $100 per minute, I guess you have to do what you have to do. The Audiologist was very nice and she was helpful.
