I paid for a 45-minute massage but only received about 15 minutes. Staff repeatedly pushed for paid “extra services” . I declined, and they refused to continue the massage, were rude, and rushed me out. They also refused a refund despite not providing the service I paid for. They offered these “extras” without checking my ID at all. Not professional—avoid. 😎Update: I sent email but didn’t receive any reply yet.Liar：）
