The facility was clean and well maintained. It has new management and changes are happening. I felt my father was cared for and they took their time to go the extra mile.

I recognize that many care facilities are understaffed. That said, a facility should not take on more patients than it has staff to care for them. My mother was admitted for rehab with a healing wound. Two weeks later we discharged her back to the hospital because the wound was infected due to not receiving proper or consistent care. Some staff were exemplary and took care of her as if she were their own family. Others left her sitting unattended and unclean for hours.
