Didn't sound professional at all. Claims that they offer better options and are more ''human'' did not prove true. Update: The reply to my review says everything you need to know about their service. I never said I didn't meet the criteria. I called a while back and refused their offer because of the of the lack of professionalism and an offer that wasn't any better than what my bank had offered me.
