I went in to question and get answers about international charges which I had been assured wouldn't happen and since the rep who gave me this info doesn't work there anymore, well, the man in chrge at the time just offer to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!! it was like...if you don't like it GO! unbelievable! the Manager was on vacation at the time, I wonder how many accounts closed while she was away
We Will be closing all our accounts and taking our business else where.
Friendly, helpful staff!! They bent over backwards to help us open our account.
