Went in there to get a half gram joint because I have a medical condition that was flaring up while at the mall, and was refused service because when asked if I had a lighter I said yes because I had smoked this morning before even coming to the mall and put it in my bag( yes I ubered here). I have never had an experience like that at a dispensary, I was told I could come back in a couple hours, when it has already been hours since I have consumed. Was a good place, and i honestly don’t mind getting out my id and showing it but when the staff is rude for no reason kinda grinds my gears. It went like this…. “I was looking for general admission edibles”, the kid says to me “you know what I want? Your id” then he says to me “I’m just matching your energy” I’m like what energy? I was asking if you had something, I had no energy but right after that I was bringing smoke! I don't go here regularly, but I had a horrible experience dealing with their workers. Especially with this particular worker, who tends to be rude? Or passive aggressive. He has poor customer service skills, I don't recommend going here.
