I highly recommend Aurelia wellness for women. They have various activities. I had my Palates session by a highly qualified trainer. It was very intensive. Loved it .
I absolutely loved the pregnancy yoga sessions at Aurellia Wellness for Women with Beatrice Chan. The centre itself is very spacious and has such a calm, uplifting vibe - it instantly makes you feel at ease! Beatrice is not only a wonderful yoga instructor but also a midwife, which really shows in the way she teaches. I saw Mani during my high risk pregnancy for physio sessions and found it very helpful. She is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and knew how to cater to the circumstances of my pregnancy.
