I have been more than patient but now at a breaking point. Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Aurelia Weems and her team. Communication was poor from the beginning, and there was a clear lack of attention to detail. Update!! This company took my information in April of last year to do my taxes and held onto them until October!! I have proof!! When she said my taxes were done, I had to pay to see my return. I had a $500 deposit I paid upfront five months earlier, but she refused to let me look over them first. Once I looked over them, I found SEVERAL mistakes!
