Beautiful store with fantastic customer service. Helped me sneakily buy a gift for my girlfriend whilst she was busy looking around. Great prices and a phenomenal selection.
I don’t get the 5star reviews. I’ve been to this store three times and none of the staff members greeted me or even acknowledged me coming in. They’re always too busy talking to each other.

Hi spoke with a young lady called drew?? Maybe it was drew? She was the sweetest girl! Helped me with all the linen request for my new house that I just renovated. I would love to steal her for my company but Aura deserves her!! Will shop back there again if drew stays!!!
Super helpful warm service from Anna and great unique range ; I am a very cautious spender but after looking a couple of times and checking how the sheet set would sit with my current Doona cover I made the purchased and am delighted. No high pressure sales , Cotton quality is great Price is at a comfortable level for the quality , I will be back Guys …..
