Disappointing experience at Aura Day Spa. My friends and I arrived together, and my chair simply happened to be ready first, so I started soaking before they sat down. But once the technician (Hanna) began my pedicure, she rushed through it so quickly that I was finished before my friends, despite us all getting the same service. The worst nail salon ever
Always friendly, clean and does very good job!! I have been going to Aura for a few years and everyone is friendly and nice.
This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff came across as dismissive and unhelpful, and I left feeling like my time and business weren’t valued. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.
Always a great experience, so clean and beautiful! Vy and Ken are great. Always find an appointment on the same day.
