I have been on the Aultman New Direction Weight Management Program for 5 weeks. Drinking shakes and eating protein bars was VERY BRUTAL for the 1st two weeks. I felt dizzy, jittery, listless, tired, and had a blazing headache. After those 2 weeks my body adjusted quite nicely & now I am like the energizer bunny. I have so much energy.
