� AULD Investment Properties are a joke! Paid them full six months rent in advance, never broke the lease, and got along well with neighbors. Though the resident manager, Lenay Shaw, and property Manager, Andrea Bennett are racist, habitual liars. I had Lenay come up to my apartment, slamming on my door threatening to kick my two children and me out of my apartment if my boyfriend continued to live there.
