Although we are deliberately structured to be a resource for the design professional, we welcome retail and are happy to assist with a wide assortment of area rug projects. The person seating at her desk couldn't bother to get up to assist us. So we left after waiting a few minutes. The rug prices were extortionate.
I was introduced to Anna Augusto and her wide collection of rugs last year. Anna was able to guide me through all the different choices displayed. Anna also explained to me differences in quality of material used, craftsmanship that often times determines price, appropriateness of rug depending on room location, etc. She was definitely a wealth of information. Anna is wonderful to work with in every way. Her service, attention to detail, and knowledge of product is incredible. She is experienced, well traveled, and invests in staying up to date with current products and trends. As an interior designer I use her rugs in every project I can. Being able to see, feel, and touch samples is so important in my business. Area Rugs are so key to a good design. Her rugs are special, good quality, and all price points! It is nice to have one-of-a-kind options for that perfect spot.
Anna, the owner, is wonderful to work with and has great taste. She has beautiful rugs in the shop and can order additional ones that usually arrive in a very timely fashion. Love this store!!
