We are so happy out parents choose The Regent of Burnsville! They live it, we live it, and the friend they've met there love. So many things to do, pleasant staff, great apartments!
We wanted to let you know how helpful all of the staff has been with my dad‘s transition to the care suites. In particular, Zabina in the kitchen, has been so helpful with making sure my dad has the meals he enjoys. The other night when I was there, my dad‘s TV would not work. Two members of your staff, George and Andrea, helped me troubleshoot and figure it out. They were so helpful, and wanted to make sure we got it working for my dad. Thanks again for helping us make this transition as smooth as possible.
My mother has been very happy at the Regent. She has friends, and activities she enjoys. She likes all the staff: she feels supported and well cared for. She holds Chef Ricco in high regard. She feels at home. All of us in her extended family are happy for the quality of life she enjoys in the Regent community.
