Grumpy attitude and poor workmanship.
I'm a shop foreman at a fire protection company in SC. We've purchased several radiators from A Augusta Road Radiator Shop, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who has a fleet, or a personal vehicle, to maintain. Our heavy duty trucks haul and tow heavy loads all over the southeast, and we haven't had any problems with any product that we've purchased from A Augusta. They're very reliable, and very competitively priced.
