I called simply to ask for help to get my pw reset bc i needed to print out my pp ticket listing my vehicles bc my lawyer needs it for bankruptcy as i explained to her briefly , she barked at me that pp is not accessible online .!!! Needed to check the status on my personal property tax on my aircraft. Spoke with Kathy as well as another very nice lady. Both were professional, friendly and helpful. Gave me good information and went further as well and checked the status of my property statement form which I didn’t remember returning. Thanks.
These people are a bunch of thieves! Charges personal property taxes for a vehicle that was registered in another county and refuse to refund after being given proof that they were not the rightful county to charge us. Now they want a paid receipt for another county but I’m not paying another county until I get the money back they stole from my taxes! We don’t even live in Virginia anymore and they know it and are still trying to charge us personal property taxes! Absolute thieves!!!!
