My review is similar to several others I see here - AVOID Augenblick unless you want to deal with an incompetent tax preparer who costs you time, money, and causes MONTHS of stress. We had to retain a new tax professional in May of 2024 to help fix all of the things that Augenblick either did incorrectly or neglected to do altogether for 2023 and we are STILL finding out about things they did not do that they should have done. You should think twice before getting your taxes done by a firm located in a shopping center. This is not the same Augenblick from the past. Top tier fee for bottom tier services.
The Augenblick's should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place. I've been hearing some horrible things around Bucks County about this place of business.
