I started working with Atty. Ken Augen for immigration help for my wife and daughter. Started out well then he told me he was busy in another case and could not help me till 1/10/25. I contacted attorney Ken Augen of Augen Law on September 27, 2024 and was notified that he works closely with attorney Bill Burns, CPA. I explained my situation and was told I could setup an appointment the following week after he checked his schedule. Nobody contacted me. Ken and firm failed to read the instructions for our I-485 form and it costs us a year on my wife's immigration proccess. Ken worked with us over two requests for evidence but his firm submitted the wrong evidence a total of three times and then tried to claim he did nothing wrong. In my opinion ethics rule 1.1 section 5 and section 8 were violated as the lawyer did not keep up his technical knowledge overtime as rules change.
