I appreciate the Audubon staff, and the great job they do!
This the first time I’ve seen or come to this fertility, I thought I was in a mention, it was so beautiful and clean!! Everything was so clean and shiny. The staff were very professional and polite to me. Each one I passed. I sat outside and rocked in the chairs. For about 20 minutes talking. Thanks for asking for a review I give it 10 stars.
Very nice facility! Lots of smiles from everyone I met. I was encouraged by all the activities they have for residents: singing old songs, games, etc.
Do not take your family members here. My grandfather with Parkinson’s was in this facility for a total of three days. He was talked to EXTREMELY rude, nurses griped when he needed help being fed, and he overall was not met with the compassion and kindness that this facility seems to “promise”. We now have an at-home CNA who previously worked here, and she confirmed that the patients here are treated extremely poorly, so much so that she quit.
