Very nice facility! Lots of smiles from everyone I met. I was encouraged by all the activities they have for residents: singing old songs, games, etc.
Do not take your family members here. My grandfather with Parkinson’s was in this facility for a total of three days. He was talked to EXTREMELY rude, nurses griped when he needed help being fed, and he overall was not met with the compassion and kindness that this facility seems to “promise”. We now have an at-home CNA who previously worked here, and she confirmed that the patients here are treated extremely poorly, so much so that she quit. Very clean, staff super nice and my parents are happy there.
A very lovely place, went say the rosary and attended mass with my mom, everyone is nice and polite. Thankful to God for him guiding me there.
Poor care of the patients. The place is nice but that's all that's good about it. Most CNA'S lack interest in thier patients. Has most of thier focus on thier cell phone. In my opinion they treat thier resident patients like a dog dropped off at a dog pound facility. They let them sit in thier feces and urine for hours. They are roughly handled and many of thier residents had numerous injuries but is passed off as caused by dementia, which is not always true.
