The office should contact me for a review of my experience. It was mostly not positive. The only redeeming factor was Dr. St. Hilaire. I left feeling confident in his knowledge and skills.
Dr. Sammy Tom did an outstanding job rebuilding my exposed gum line. The work was painless and comfortable. I appreciated both his concern, and the concern of your staff, for my well being throughout the procedure.

My questions were answered with patience and information until I understood enough about my problem to make a good decision for myself. The first meeting with this new dentist was a very positive experience on being transferred from my retiring dentist, Dr. Sturm. This first meeting felt like a collaborative working team!

All staff were friendly and competent, from receptionist to hygienist to Dr. Tom. Pleasantly surprised for first time visit. Believe I've found a new home for my dental needs.
I love Dr. Perez! He was genuinely concerned about my infection after my wisdom tooth extraction. He made the whole ordeal easier to bare.
Great service and I love my hygienist! I want her every time. She has always been very sweet and thorough.
This time around, I did not feel judged. The person who cleaned my teeth did not make any snide remarks, as I have experienced in the past. I know I don't have perfect teeth, nor do I have a perfect flossing routine (I'm trying to be better). The young lady who cleaned my teeth before I saw Dr. Perez was respectful, non-judgemental, and made me feel at ease. In some past appointments, I have not always had that experience.
