Audrey is so helpful! She listens attentively and makes changes to the program that are specific to every patients needs. She is very accommodating and willing to do the most to help her patients. She meets online or in person and being able to meet online is very helpful for when I am at school. Very understanding woman and really knows what she is talking about. Highly recommend.
Audrey has helped me pinpoint the causes of my issues and how to heal my body through diet, exercise, and knowing the right amount of supplements that my body needs. I was so overwhelmed before, but I am now so grateful to have her locally whenever I have a question or concern.
