Hi everyone! I share everyone else's opinions about Jeanne. She is a wonderfully kind hearted person who truly cares about you & your own unique hearing loss needs. She will spend invalueable amounts of time with you to try to get your hearing to your own optimal place. It is not like a reg appt where they only alot a brief amount of time & do minimal trials or fixes & send you on your way... on to the next apptmnt! You're not just a #! Review #2... My followup session with Jeanne was as perfect as my previous one. She is very patient and really cares about the frustrations we face when our hearing is limited. Jeanne is Outstanding! I’ve been deaf for 31 years and have dealt with many audiologist but none as both as knowledgeable and understanding as she is. I would HIGHLY recommend her anyone!

Jeanne is an excellent audiologist. She is compassionate and extremely experienced. There is no amount of time that is too much for her to spend with you to be sure your experience is helpful and all of your questions and concerns are answered. She also sells the hearing aids at far less than other audiology practices. I saved a couple of thousand dollars using her services.
