Auditechnik kept telling me they were working on the car when in reality they hadn't touched it. After 2 weeks of waiting, I recovered the car to my driveway and made the repairs myself. Awful service. Just to say the administrator, Merryl, was very polite and tried to help but still nothing was done. I would never use them again.
The level of customer care and professionalism when my Audi went in for an issue my local garage couldn’t fix was outstanding! I cannot recommend them highly enough if you need your Audi VW repaired. They were well above Audi dealership service care and outstanding value for money - thank you
