Dr. Biondi was very professional, informative, and friendly. The consultation gave me a lot of insight into my hearing and what I can do to maximize it to my full potential. I highly recommend him and the practice to anyone.

I’m not sure my review went through. I was totally unhappy with the customer service and the wait time I had to wait. I I arrive about 245 Filled out the paperwork My appointment was 3 PM There was one gentleman that came in and left in. A woman came in after me and she was seen before me. When she left, nobody came out to get me and it was 330 At that time I walked out I expect appointments being on time
