Aaron was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this group. Aaron knows what he is doing and is lovely.
Aaron was professional and seemed to be knowledgeable. I could tell he paid attention to what I said because he referenced it later in the conversation. He explained my test results and didn’t turn it into a sales opportunity. I didn’t give Five stars because I don’t know how their work is with someone with more hearing loss than me, so I don’t know how to judge their full line of work, But I was very satisfied with the job Aaron did.
Aaron Hay was very personable with me. Listening to what I had to say and helping me so I could find a solution to my hearing situation. I will be contacting him to continue what would be the best way to go.
Did a wonderful job took my aids to be repaired and gave me a set of loaners to use while repairing mine. Great job
