I recommend AHAS highly. They worked me in when Dr Moretz said I needed a hearing test that same day as his appointment. They recommended my hearing aids, and I have been very pleased with them. Have had no trouble since I got them. They even called me the next week to see how I was doing with them.
The phone service is terrible. I called the pooler and Savannah office all day long and couldn’t get them to pick up a single time. I had and appointment in Statesboro and never got a text or email to confirm the time or get the address to the location so I was late to the appointment because the address online was incorrect.
Best set of hearing aids that I have owned. Service is great and knowledge of product and hearing losses is fantastic.
Been going to AHAS for years. The staff is great, especially Drs. Casey and Sarah. Both go over and above to make sure I am pleased. Higly recommend them.
