I am very unhappy with the urgency to give help for me to get my hearing aid in working order. Once I bought my hearing aid, the service ended. This hearing is under 1 year old and has not worked for 4 weeks. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to throw $2000 dollars away. I was on the phone for 20 minutes today with the center and finally opted for a call back. It has been 2 hours without a response.
My appointment was very prompt. Everyone was pleasant 😊
Audiologist was, knowledgeable personable and professional. Dr. K was adept and reassuring regarding my hearing and the health of my ears. I was very pleased with the testing, treatment and consultation I received and would not hesitate to refer my family and friends.
