Highly recommend…had a dead hearing aid and since I live in the Adirondack for the summer was far from my audiologist office..their recommendation to find an Oticon provider brought me here after a google search. The reviews were great and I agree…the staff was helpful, friendly, and got me an appointment quickly. Dr.Lalla was also friendly, helpful, and fixed my hearing aid!!! Courteous, professional, and accommodating!
I have had my hearing aids for one month now, and I am extremely pleased with everything. The product itself is great. It has helped me relax when listening in a conversation. This in turn helps me concentrate on what is being said instead of focusing on trying to hear. Yay, I can hear the TV and make adjustments myself if too loud or too low! I am writing this for my Mom (I have been with her at every appointment). She has been a patient of Dr. Angela Lalla for 2 years and has been extremely pleased with her hearing aids and the services she has received from Dr. Lalla. Dr. Lalla is very professional, very easy to talk to and she takes her time with Mom, asking her questions and making even the slightest adjustments if it will improve Mom’s hearing. Hearing aids for the first time in my life at 52... I didn't realize how much I was missing! Get the service plan along with your hearing aids. You can then go back anytime and Dr. Lalla will tweak them so they work as best as possible for your specific needs! Even a "music" program setting you can switch to on your phone if you play a guitar as I do. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating with appointments as well!
