We just moved into our new home and AVI did our hometheater system and control 4 too. They did a wonderful job / best service and no doubt about it- they are the best and each and every technician is professional and smart .

There isn't enough room here to tell how displeased I am with this company.I was lied to,manipulated,and ignored repeatedly by everyone associated with this fiasco..The installation of my system was satisfactory when they finally got around to doing it but thats it. Couldn't be nicer to you at first when your buying,it's after they get your money and you begin the waiting game for the installation and after it all goes to sh**...They are worthless..
Don't do business with this company – I contracted this shady company for a job for $25k. The sales person, Scott, did not properly document my needs and while installing the job, they said that they would need to do additional work. I expressly stated I did not want to spend much more than I already had and I was assurd by the owner, Allan, that I didn't need to worry.
