Chad and Elijah were absolutely amazing! They were so knowledgeable and efficient! They were also very kind and respectful to us and our property. It was wonderful how polite and patient they were with all of our questions. I highly recommend them for any AV work to be done! They both are great hires for audio video extreme.
A/VX did an amazing job providing my audio and visual electronics in my new home. They were knowledgeable and professional through out the process. Chad and Billy were answered all my questions and were great to work with while learning a new system. I would highly recommend A/VX.
Recently relocated to Minnesota from Florida and was initially a bit apprehensive with only one authorized Bang & Olufsen dealer in the state—but those concerns disappeared after speaking with Rich. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Billy and Clinton were fantastic during delivery and installation—friendly, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
I've been working with extreme audio and video for nearly 5 years. The system they originally put in is fantastic, however, it does have an issue pop-up from time to time. This is where the outstanding Customer Service has come in. Anytime I've had an issue it's either been resolved remotely or completely taken care of in a quick and professional manner. I'd highly recommend their services for anybody who needs audio and visual needs.
