I've been working with extreme audio and video for nearly 5 years. The system they originally put in is fantastic, however, it does have an issue pop-up from time to time. This is where the outstanding Customer Service has come in. Anytime I've had an issue it's either been resolved remotely or completely taken care of in a quick and professional manner. I'd highly recommend their services for anybody who needs audio and visual needs.
Made appointment but did not show up and no phone call. When I called, I accepted their excuse and indicated I would wait for their call when they were available to come. In the meantime, i found someone else. When I called to cancel, they found it necessary to inform me they are "a multi million dollar company" and they "schedule 2 or 3 weeks out so they are not who im looking for". After numerous dissapointing experiences at the local "big box" store (it's initials are also B B but they don't stand for "big box", lol I'm sure you can figure it out) I said to myself, "self, why don't you go to the FAMILY OWNED store that has consistently excellent reviews and is owned by a former co worker I worked with years ago and who has always been extremely passionate about audio and video as well as very knowledgeable!" Our church was in search of a projector and screen for our 1970's sanctuary built with cement blocks and half the roof was glass block. Adam came out and immediately diagnosed the ambient light issue. We worked out a proposal with an expensive ALR screen and the council approved. Installation was difficult, however the crew acted like they had been working with churches for quite sometime.
